High Rank Training

Congratulations, and welcome to your High Rank training session!

This session will provide you with all the information you need to know about HR.

There will be a test at the end, so please take notes if needed.

Are you ready to begin?

In the High-Rank Division, you will gain access to the following privileges:

1. You may now promote lower-ranked members.

2. You may discipline lower-ranked members.

3. You are now eligible to join certain Special Units.

Let’s begin by going over the Promotion Policy.

1. Promotions are given based on work done and promotion eligibility.

2. You may promote the same worker consecutively ONLY if no one else is available.

3. You can NOT promote someone who is in or into the same division as you. 

4. You must train anyone you promote into a new division that requires training.

5. Make sure both you and the person you are promoting are filling stations when observing.

6. Do request for a Badge Admin/Portal Admin on Discord when needed.

Do you have any questions about the promotion policy?

Now we will go over the steps you must take when you are promoting someone.

1. Ensure both you and the member you are promoting has the required online/observation time.

2. Check the time of previous promotion given to the member you are promoting.

If it exceeds the “Time Between Promotions” for each division, you are free to promote them.

3. Call the worker you want to promote to “ATT” and then give them their new motto.

4. Once you give them their motto, you should log it on Boards IMMEDIATELY.

5. Allow the worker to “AE” once they change their motto.

Now we will go over our Disciplinary Policy.

1. Disciplinary cases must be logged on the Boards under Disciplinary Logs to be valid.

2. Support your disciplinary cases with screenshot evidence and/or witnesses. 

3. Firing a member requires approval from Management or above.

4. Standard Ranks with multiple disciplinary cases can be fired without approval.

5. The strike system only applies to those in the Special Operations Division and above.
