Executive Assistants

Members who reach the Directorate division gain the privilege to appoint an Executive Assistant [EA]. EAs can assist their superior in any way they can to make their tasks easier. Directorate Division members and above may only be Executive Assistants for founders.

Expectations

Your iC member will ask you to be:

  • Active: Available when needed for tasks at most times.
  • Dedicated: Loyal to the FBI and be willing to not transfer away.
  • Enthusiasm: Doing tasks with a good attitude and eager to achieve.

Desirable Qualities

Qualities that all Executive Assistants should uphold are:

  • Active, reliable, responsible and willing to do additional work.
  • Looking to help out with minor tasks, but nothing that is too difficult.
  • Inclined to learn and go that one step over what is being asked.
  • Passionate and sociable

Rules for Executive Assistants

There are certain regulations that must be followed when appointing EAs.

  • Only Directorate + can appoint an EA.
  • The EA has be to be at least in the High Rank division.
  • The highest rank an EA can be is Ambassador.
  • iC members may only have one EA at a time.
  • The EA is to act on their superiors behalf in their absence.
  • Ambassadors are allowed to be iC’s EAs with approval.
  • Foundation have their own rules regarding EAs.

Duties of Executive Assistants

Executive Assistants duties may include:

  • Responsible for keeping up with activities in-Base and in units.
  • Help your superior with their tasks. Eg: brainstorming ideas with them.
  • If your superior is a pay host, you may help them with pay activities.
  • If your superior is on LOA, you are to take messages for them.
  • Sending announcements on behalf of your iC.
  • If your superior is a Badge Admin, you help them clear inactives.
