Reinstatements and Interviews are to only be conducted by Transfer Unit’s Reinstatement Team. Foundation has the power to veto any reinstatement. Any ex-FBI members wishing to return must fill out an application form.

Reinstatement Policy
Reinstatement Guidelines
When processing a reinstatement process the following must be presented:
- Members must have a valid reason for not filling out or extending LOA. If no proof is presented, members will receive a 2-division demotion upon return.
- They must have proof that they worked for the FBI. Additionally, members looking to reinstate must show proof that they own the account. This proof must be presented by messaging personally on the FBI Discord.
- Only the first rank of the division they left can be offered.
- Members can only be fully reinstated a maximum of 2 times. Demotions will be given on the 3rd and 4th reinstatements.
- All reinstatements must be properly logged to accurately keep track of members.
Interview Policy
Interview Guidelines
- Must not currently work in an agency.
- Must have previous Agency/military experience from a maximum of 6 months ago.
- Must not be on the FBI’s OR its Allies’ National Punishment lists.
- Must not work in the FBI more than 3 times.
Badge Removal
Members have the right to request a LOA if they experience a period of time where they cant be active. If a member goes inactive without properly requesting LOA or extending their LOA then their badges will be removed after a specific period of time depending on rank. Badges will not be given back if the member has been caught working at another agency.
