Ambassador

The Ambassador Division is a trial leadership role within FBI NW3C for members showing strong iC potential. Serving as a bridge between standard duties and full iC responsibilities, this division offers members the opportunity to enhance their leadership, decision-making, and task management skills. Ambassadors undergo a structured training and evaluation process designed to test both their skills and readiness. Only those who prove their capability and commitment will be considered for iC advancement.

This rank not only serves as a stepping stone to becoming an iC, but also motivates members by providing a meaningful goal to strive for in their FBI NW3C journey.

Ambassador Policy

Roles and Responsibilities

Ambassadors will be required to participate in the Achievement Program, which is designed to provide them with in-depth, experiential learning under the close supervision of seasoned members. Ambassadors are expected to maintain open and frequent communication with their appointed Mentor and seek their guidance to complete the tasks required for program graduation.

Ambassadors can promote up to the rank of Senior Manager of Management (SMOM). Ambassadors are expected to continue fulfilling their active duties as a High Rank+ member and use initiative when observing, reporting, and managing the base.

Ambassador Privileges

Ambassadors are allowed to award the [FBI] Pay Bonus Badge to deserving members.

Ambassadors are allowed to use the non-HC blue colored chat.

Leave of Absence

The maximum number of days an Ambassador is allowed offline without a Leave of Absence (LOA) is 10 days. Ambassadors must inform their assigned Mentor or Ambassador Overseer when they go on LOA to avoid being removed from the program. Ambassadors are not allowed to complete any achievement tasks while on LOA. If they wish to do so, they are to end their LOA and notify their Mentor and Overseers of their return.

If an Ambassador fails to go online without a valid reason after their LOA has ended, demerits will be issued accordingly. They will also risk being tagged Absent Without Leave (AWOL) and being removed from the program.
