The Commands in the Federal Bureau Of Investigations agency are individuals that are highly respected and are the leaders that help in mandating the agency. All iCs are placed in ascending order in the rank list. They are allowed to use the color chat in the base as well.
In order to be an iC, the individual must be one of the following:
- Promoted by the Foundation.
- Transferred into iC with the permission granted by the Foundation
Duties of an iC
Member Monitoring
The people of the agency needs an iC’s guidance and oversight. An iC’s responsibility is to look over the members of FBI NW3C. It is an opportunity to better yourself within the FBI community.
Monitoring Promotions
Ensuring low ranks are being promoted regularly and according to the promotion policy. Reminding and encouraging members to promote members.
Maintaining Communication Among The FBI members
The In Commands have proved their ability to lead and protect the lower ranks of the FBI. Their oversight has allowed them to understand the complexities of the FBI. The In Commands should ensure that communications between ranks are as clear and concise as possible. They will also be required to communicate with members of the FBI to learn new ways to improve the procedures at the FBI.
Rank Monitoring
An iC is responsible for monitoring, overseeing, and guiding the ranks of the FBI. They monitor activity, task completion, and mentor others.
Monitoring Training
Ensuring all proper training procedures are being followed, such as following the script and logging all successful training. This includes finding someone to train when there are no trainers available or if unsuccessful, training themselves.
Monitoring Recruitment of Members
Ensuring individuals are being recruited properly, such as recruiting members with B.U.M. and utilizing welcome messages. Creating an alt account to recruit in public rooms or spam adding to invite individuals to join.
Monitoring Activeness of Members
Ensure members are active in the base and encourage activity within Discord.
Monitoring Alternate Accounts
Making and loading alts into base to help in increasing the base population. iCs encourage members to load alts in the base and bring personal alts into the base as well.
Monitoring The Stations
Reducing idle activity in base by alerting RR to resolve the idler or informing the idler of the mistake. Ensuring stations are filled when needed and encouraging members to fill stations rather than the hallway.
Encourage Junior Ranks
Encouraging junior ranks to be more motivated in doing well within the FBI.
