A unit for the friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting others and building connections. Members go out to their assigned agencies to ensure that relations with our allies are as strong as possible. Members receive special base entry privileges in allied agencies to fulfill their duties.

Tour Policy
The Tour Policy details FBI NW3C’s protocol for foreign organizations requesting a tour using our Tour Request Form. Please note that both allied and non-allied foreign organizations are permitted to request for a tour. All requests must be made at least 3 days prior and must have at least 3 attendees. A response regarding your tour request will be given within 72 hours.
Foreign Incident Form
The Foreign Incident Form can be used by anyone that wishes to file a complaint, either by a FBI member regarding a member from another organization or other Habbo users witnessing unacceptable behaviour by FBI members on foreign grounds and wish for appropriate actions to be taken. A response regarding your complaint will be given within 72 hours.

Ambassadors
Ambassadors are responsible for the upkeep of the general events calendar for their assigned agency, updating us of their assigned agency’s major leadership changes and sharing their knowledge of the agency with the unit. They are allowed to arrange group visits after discussion and arrangement with their fellow unit members.
Full Representatives
Full Representatives are responsible for maintaining good diplomatic relations with our allies and other organizations by frequently visiting and participating in their events/in-base games. They are also responsible for assisting our allies with joining the Alliance badge and our server when required.
