Roles within ISA
Lead Investigator
‣ Takes a leadership role in investigating complex and high-profile cases.
‣ Provides guidance and support to all Investigators and Junior Investigators.
‣ Coordinates case assignments and ensures timely completion.
‣ Reviews and evaluates cases for accuracy and thoroughness.
‣ Collaborates with the Director and Deputy Director on case strategies.
Investigator
‣ Conducts investigations into reported incidents and rule violations.
‣ Gathers evidence, interviews witnesses, and analyzes information.
‣ Prepares detailed and comprehensive notes within cases.
‣ Collaborates with other investigators to share information and insights.
‣ Assists in maintaining case documentation and records.
Junior Investigator
‣ Assists Investigators in their duties.
‣ Conducts initial investigations and gathers preliminary information.
‣ Learns investigative techniques and procedures.
‣ Collaborates with other ISA members to contribute to case resolution.
