The Junior Ranks Council is a dynamic unit comprised of friendly, respectful, and passionate individuals. Our primary objective is to foster high morale and provide equal representation for all ranks within the FBI NW3C. Through a range of initiatives such as award programs (JROTW, TOTM & POTW), interactive meetings, and valuable surveys, we strive to ensure the happiness and satisfaction of every FBI staff member.

Duties
JRC plans activities for Junior Ranks, ensure all Junior Ranks are respected and treated fairly and gather thoughts and opinions from them about the FBI. JRC makes sure that Junior Ranks know that they are heard.
