The Mentorship Program was formed to aid members of the FBI in achieving success. Mentees will be assigned to one of our mentors that they can use for guidance and support. This support system is not limited to just FBI matters, consider your mentor your friend.

Want to be a role model to our Junior Ranks? Well, you can with our Mentorship Program! Your job is to help them develop as individuals and introduce them to opportunities in the FBI. Simply apply through the link below, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Mentee Application
Want to learn more about the FBI other than the training information? Sign up to have a mentor who hopefully will become your best friend as you form a bond as well as learn from and with them. To obtain more information, you may approach any mentors.
Structure
Assigning of Mentee
Mentorship Leadership will be in-charge of assigning the mentor to their mentee. Mentee can be of any rank, someone who transferred or was reinstated to FBI.
Coaching
Mentee will be introduced to the opportunities in FBI NW3C such as:
- Special Units
- Disciplinary
- FBI Allies
- Awards
- Executive Assistant
- Members of FBI
- Events
Mentees are required to complete a final quiz once they have reached Senior High Rank division (unless otherwise stated).
Graduation
A mentee is eligible to graduate once they have achieved the Judicial Department division (unless otherwise stated) and passed the final quiz. A graduation ceremony will be held by the mentor to signify the completion of a mentee’s Mentorship Program.
Termination
Mentee’s assigned mentor will discuss the details with the mentee if there is a need for termination.
